I Can't Decide What I Want to Do

I am not sure what I want to post because I am in one of those, "I don't know what I want to do" moods. I would like to do nothing, but I can't. I wish this was already Friday because this week at school is going to be a killer. I just can't be overly excited about the holidays because I don't have the money like I usually do to spend. I have not bred any sheep because I am not sure if I want to yet. I want to but I just am nervous about it. I guess I am doing a lot of reflecting and thinking the last few day. Today at least was very sunny for the majority of the day so that helped a little.
Alvin was in a playful mood outside and was being silly Alvin when I took this picture of him today. He is my only "indoor" cat that still loves to be outside in the winter.

Little Jammer had to get a change of scenery today. Jammer is just now hitting the over 5 months of age and was "flirting" with 2 of ewes in the big barn. Abigail promptly gave him a few good head butts but he has claimed her as his girl. I hated to burst his little bubble but I moved him just in case. Now of course, Jammer's mom screamed her little head of as if I had ripped her new born lamb right away from her. Hopefully, she won't annoy everyone with her mouth for too long:) So tomorrow is Sunday and I promise to be more productive......I will only watch one movie on the Hallmark channel instead of 2 like I did today.......but I did watch Jack Frost which is one of my favorites:)

You're absolutely right that it's going to be a killer week at school. I have two final exams this week. I am just miserable about it. I think students who go back to school for additional degrees should be able to skip exams. Full time work, part time farm and part time school is just too much for exams. ARGH!!

I am sorry your having a down week. I have been like that myself a little bit (or alot of it). I am having my grandkids come over next week for a cookie making day, hopefully that will kick me in the but, and get me going too :)
My opinion is...there is nothing cuter than a baby in the barnyard in the spring!

Little Jammer is not smiling in the photo. :-)

I have Nigerian's, post some photo's.

Some times we just don't feel productive! I remember that last week before break, it was always awful! I taught high school for a few years before my son was born. Now I teach community college a couple evenings a week.

Jammer is 5 months old and has been in with the ewes until yesterday? I'd say you're going to have lots of little lambs in the spring!

That'll cheer you up!

Hey Kristi,
Everybody needs to chill and watch movies sometimes, don't be so hard on yourself. It's ok to be unsure about things...there are so many things in my life I am unsure about!
Hope you are having a happy sunday!!

Hi Kristi,
What Nancy said! ;-) You may not have to make breeding decisions, Jammer may have done that for you.
As for non-productive days. I hate them, but seem to be stuck there this weekend. Well, they were partially productive, but my get up and go, seems to have got up and went and all I wanted to do was watch movies too. It's not like I have anything else to do, ya wrapping gifts (finish shopping!), cards, Christmas letter, get gifts ready to mail to far flung family... oh no.. I can do that all next week... not!
Take care, and try and get some sunshine if there is any around.

This is the worst week being a teacher because the are already in Christmas mode. When I getting my MA, plus teaching, plus the farm animals...well that was a tad crazy:) What are your exams in?

Yesterday one of the teachers I work with brought his 2 little girls over to meet the animals. They brought me beautful scented pinecones & was just what I needed:) I hope grandkids do the same for you!

Thank you for stopping..I have to come over to see your Nigerians...I am hoping 3 of mine are bred:)

Teaching does have its moments...are you teaching college down in GA?

Tammy & Nancy,
okay, thats not fair because now I have 5 months too worry because when I pulled Jammer out, I put Jed. in. Okay I have some serious rethinking now...but he was only flirty with 2 girls....

life is just not balanced with me....I am looking forward to my 2 weeks of Xmas break to regroup:)

Kristi, my exams are in Trademark and Copyright Law and another in Contracts. I'm doing my law degree part time. Two years left, I think, if I continue with 8 to 9 credits per semester, including summer. Grumble...
